Position: Experienced Bartender
Duties:
- Provide quality, and genuine, hospitality in a timely manner
- Prepares new and innovative cocktails based on a rich appreciation of ingredients and technique while adding a signature twist on existing favorites
- Able to direct bar staff as necessary to replicate cocktails based on developed recipes in a timely and efficient manner
- Understand and provide information to guests regarding all menu items available as necessary
- Follows alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication and deals with intoxicated guests
- Must follow all cash handling policies and procedures
- Ensures a clean, sanitized and well stocked bar while
- Effectively communicates with management regarding new craft cocktails to ensure ingredients are available and can be ordered
- Adheres to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Passion for cocktails and ensuring an excellent experience for all guests
- Energetic and genuine positive attitude while interacting with team-members and all guests
- Knowledge of how to create new and innovative cocktails while adding signature twists on common cocktails
- Minimum 5 years experience
- Excellent communication skills with guests and team-members
- Ability to pay attention to details
- Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 30+ pounds repetitively
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
