Fabio Viviani Hospitality (FVH) was founded by Fabio Viviani, who has harbored a passion for food since his childhood in Florence, Italy. Since then, Fabio and the FVH team have continue to grow in the hospitality industry opening a multitude of different concepts around the country, launched casino brand and partnered with hotels, created event spaces, a dessert concept and there is more to come!

CookUnity is a chef-to-you marketplace connecting talented chefs, like FVH with consumers, revolutionizing meal delivery. CookUnity brings small-batch, restaurant-quality meals to eaters nationwide, crafted by a diverse collective of all-star chefs.

Position: Kitchen Manager – FVH at Cook Unity

Duties:

  • Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
  • Oversee production and packing of fresh meal for delivery
  • Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared
  • Adheres to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
  • Supervise kitchen staff's activities
  • Perform administrative duties as necessary
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers.
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Passion for food
  • Energetic and genuine positive attitude while interacting with team-members
  • A minimum of 1 years of Chef Management experience
  • Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 20 pounds.
  • Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 9 hours).
  • Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
  • Capable of delegating multiple tasks
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Maintain sanitation procedures and organization of work area adhering to all OSHA regulations
  • Willing to learn, be flexible, and contribute to an evolving concept
