AM Restaurant Supervisor/FOH Key to oversee floor management of FOH staff and ensure outstanding customer service. Must have prior managerial/supervisory duties in elevated, upscale environment and hotel experience is a plus. Monitors employees and staff to ensure company standards are being met by documenting and coaching. Completes reports and ensures proper close out and cash handling. Oversees and holds staff accountable for proper opening and closing procedures. Candidate must be available 6am -Noon. Ideal candidate will present a professional appearance, over the top hospitality and and energetic personality.
