Role and Responsibilities: As a Sous Chef at Seville, you will work closely with our Head Chef to lead the kitchen brigade in delivering a consistently high standard of cuisine.   • Collaborating with the Head Chef to plan and execute the menu, ensuring authenticity and innovation.

  • Managing inventory, controlling costs, and minimizing food wastage.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or senior line cook in a high-quality culinary establishment.
